The company carries out transactions of returnable and financial leasing of real estate. In the case of a return lease, the client receives financing for the existing property, usually up to 50% of the market value, and subsequently buys it back. With financial leasing, the client contributes about 30% of the value of the property, the rest of the funds are financed by the Issuer. Thus, the organization's money is secured by real estate, and at the same time insured against falling real estate prices.
