CJSC "Lyudmila Headwear Factory"

CJSC "Lyudmila Headwear Factory" produces hats for men, women and children made of artificial fur, suede, wool blend, linen and cotton fabrics, natural and artificial leather, felt and velour.

Production facilities allow to produce up to 40 thousand products per month. The company's staff consists of about 250 people.
Over the past decade, the factory has changed dramatically. Production updates were made in 2004 and 2013. As a result of the modernization of 2013, the cutting production was completely updated at the factory ― the American automatic cutting complex Gerber was installed, as well as the Swedish automatic transport line ETON. As a result, labor productivity has increased.

Now the company works a lot and productively under the order. Participates in many tenders – in Belarus, Russia, Poland, Germany.
Especially for the molding of felt and velour hats at the factory there is a workshop for the production of felt products, a shoe farm and a master cabinetmaker. All products manufactured at our factory are subject to strict control.All products manufactured at the factory are subject to strict control. The company has an ISO 9001 quality management system, certificates of compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union for children's and adult hats.

The factory has an experimental laboratory where new models are being developed. These models are supplied to the domestic retail network. In addition, cooperation is carried out with enterprises that produce clothing. For example, the production of a small collection of hats for outerwear of famous Belarusian brands. Cooperation is underway with manufacturers of workwear, because hats are also needed for it.
