In the period 2021-2023 and further in the foreseeable future, AVANGARD LEASING CJSC will continue and develop activities related to the acquisition of tangible assets for their transfer to a long-term lease, followed by the purchase of leased property by the lessee or the sale of leasing items on the open market at the end of the lease.

The main direction of development of CJSC AVANGARD LEASING in the coming years will be the segment of real estate leasing, which will reliably provide the money resources attracted from the investor and conclude leasing transactions for a long time, thereby providing a stable income.

At the same time, the justified strategy of AVANGARD LEASING CJSC, based on interaction with the most active segment of the economy, small and medium-sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurs, will also be further developed. The company will develop leasing products that are in demand by a wide range of business entities related to servicing consumer payments, delivery and servicing of goods sold, and other aspects of the activities of lessees related to increasing their competitiveness.

Working with suppliers and technological solutions that serve interaction with implementing organizations will significantly expand the circle of partners who have direct contact with purchasers of leasing items. Automation of document processing and connection to the remote customer identification system will also help to increase the availability of the company's products to the end user and reduce their cost.
