Prohibited jurisdictions
"DFS” LLC (Finstore.by) (hereinafter referred to as The Company) will not onboard customers that are resident in countries included in the Financial ActionTask Force (FATF) list of high-risk and other monitored jurisdictions [http://www.fatf-gafi.org/countries/#high-risk].
2. As for current date the list of Prohibited jurisdictions includes the following countries (but this list may be changed on a case-by-case basis, depending on your particular situation):
- Albania
- Barbados
- Bermuda
- Botswana
- Burkina Faso
- Haiti
- Zimbabwe
- Islamic Republic of Iran
- Yemen
- Cayman Islands
- Cambodia
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)
- Mauritius
- Malta
- Morocco
- Myanmar
- Nicaragua
- Pakistan
- Panama hat
- Senegal
- South Sudan
- Syria
- Trinidad and Tobago
- Uganda
- Philippines
- Ethiopia
- Jamaica
3. The Company will not onboard customers that are residents/citizens of the US. If the“DFS” LLC believes that there are grounds to classify a potential customer as a US resident/citizen, the customer will be requested to provide documents evidencing an alternative residency and or citizenship.
4. The Company assures that it understands and adheres to allapplicable laws, rules, and regulations where it conducts its business and will advertise its services only where it is permitted or not prohibited by the local regulations.
