The construction unitary enterprise "SI-trading-Stroy" is part of the group of companies "SI-trading" LLC. Group of Companies   carries out its own complex investment projects in the field of residential and commercial real estate construction, covering the entire process: from the acquisition of a land plot, obtaining final construction permits, supervision and production of the entire complex of works, to the transfer of finished objects to customers. To carry out construction work on the territory of the Russian Federation, there is a branch of the Construction company "SI-trading-Stroy" in Smolensk.  

The company is a member of the Association "Self-regulating Organization "Interregional Association of Builders" in the Russian Federation, certified for the right to build objects of the first-fourth complexity classes with a full range of work performed and has a wide list of modern high-tech machinery and equipment (drilling rig, dump trucks, excavators, loaders, cranes, bulldozers, concrete pumps, formwork, etc.).

Multi-apartment and blocked residential buildings, shops, a business center building with multifunctional premises and multi-level parking, a medical center, a preschool, parking lots and parking lots, engineering and transport infrastructure, etc. were built and put into operation.
