BIK Ratings will no longer do business reputation ratings for companies

The rating agency BIK Ratings has ceased to assign and renew the current ratings of business reputation of companies since February 2026. The decision is due to the fact that such ratings do not fully reflect the creditworthiness of the issuing companies. The corresponding letter was received by the command
We note that earlier Finstore offered issuers to obtain credit ratings or business reputation ratings from independent agencies to increase the transparency of companies' business for investors. This decision was not a mandatory requirement of the HTP for the issuance of debt tokens and was made by the Finstore team so that investors could get acquainted with the conclusions of independent experts.
Finstore welcomes the credit rating of debt token companies from any independent rating agency. However, the decision to issue tokens can be made without such a rating based on the analysis of a number of factors.
