Withdrawal of Belarusian rubles from the Finstore platform to the accounts of clients of Alfa-Bank CJSC is temporarily unavailable

In the evening of December 4, 2025, CJSC "Alfa-Bank" carried out planned technical work. They were not expected to affect the transfer of funds from the Finstore platform to the bank’s customer accounts. However, as a result of the work, there was a mistake, the bank’s technical specialists are working to eliminate it.
At the same time, operations to withdraw funds in foreign currency from the Finstore platform to the accounts of clients of CJSC "Alfa-Bank" ” are held as usual.
Finstore recommends that investors take this information into account when planning operations and temporarily not withdraw Belarusian rubles to accounts in CJSC Alfa-Bank. The correction of the error will be reported further. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
