Zelenaya Gavan Ltd.

Zelenaya Gavan LLC (hereinafter referred to as ICO Customer) is a part of A-100 Development group of companies. The spheres of the company's activity include a full range of works on creation and operation of real estate objects - from concept development and construction to realisation and management of residential and commercial real estate.

Over the years of activity the enterprises of the group of companies put into operation in Minsk, Minsk district, other cities of the republic more than 40 gas stations, administrative centre ‘A-100’ in Uruchye, seven shopping centres (including shopping centres with a total area of over 12 000 sq.m. - ALL’ and “ALL House” shopping centres), road service complexes. In the period from 2008 to 2022 the enterprises of A-100 Development group of companies built over 900,000 square metres of housing.

Zelenaya Gavan LLC is the developer of the eponymous residential complex Zelenaya Gavan, which is being built on the territory of 220 hectares 3.5 km east of Minsk right in the middle of the forest, near the real championship-class golf courses. Architects from England, Sweden and Belarus worked on the development concept. The construction will be completed in 2030.
