The foreign limited liability company "Micro Leasing" was founded on October 1, 2009 by the Italian financier Vincenzo Trani as part of the Mikro Kapital Group, a holding company uniting companies located in 15 countries of the world: Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Czech Republic, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Micro Leasing Company became the first financial institution with 100% Italian capital registered in the Republic of Belarus. Today, Micro Leasing is a universal leasing company with extensive experience in the field of leasing and providing a wide range of services throughout the country.

Micro Leasing is the first leasing company in Belarus to be awarded the reliability rating "B-" by the international agency Fitch Ratings in 2019. Micro Leasing is in the same category not only with the results of the largest banks in Belarus, but also with the country rating as a whole. The company has successfully confirmed the reliability rating "B-" by Fitch Ratings in 2020.

Also, IOOO "Micro Leasing" entered the top three market leaders in the segment "Consumer Leasing" - "Passenger vehicles" according to the results of the RATING of leasing organizations for 2020, having received a diploma of the second degree from the Association of Lessors of Belarus.
