Open Joint Stock Company BELAZ - Managing Company of BELAZ-HOLDING Holding was registered by Minsk Regional Executive Committee on 22.11.2012, with registration number 600038906 (UNP 600038906).

The registered office of OJSC BELAZ is 4, 40 Let Oktyabrya Street, Zhodino, Republic of Belarus, 222161.

The principal activity of OJSC BELAZ is production of machines for construction, public and similar works.

The sole shareholder of OJSC BELAZ is the Republic of Belarus represented by the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus. In accordance with the order of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus No. 134 dated 23.04.2010, the shares of BELAZ OJSC owned by the Republic of Belarus were transferred to the management of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus.

OJSC BELAZ has the following branches and structural subdivisions:

1.1. Branch of Open Joint Stock Company ‘BELAZ’ - managing company of BELAZ-HOLDING holding in Mogilev - ‘S.M. Kirov Mogilev Automobile Plant’;

1.2 Branch of Open Joint Stock Company ‘BELAZ’ - the managing company of BELAZ-HOLDING - ‘Pervomaysky Agricultural Production Complex’;

The main products of BELAZ OJSC are dump trucks with payload capacity from 30 to 450 tonnes, front wheel loaders and bulldozers, towing tractors, special vehicles for underground works, irrigation machines and fuel tankers, slag and heavy trucks for metallurgical enterprises, airfield tractors, as well as other machinery used in mining and construction industries.

BELAZ OJSC develops, manufactures and markets large and extra large capacity dump trucks in the Republic of Belarus, CIS countries and non-CIS countries. BELAZ dump trucks are designed for transportation of rock and bulk cargoes at open-pit mining of mineral deposits, at construction of large industrial hydraulic engineering structures.
