OJSC "Belgazprombank" in respect of LLC "Kommerts-leasing" initiated enforcement proceedings for the purpose of early return of the loan funds. The account of LLC "Commercial Leasing" is blocked, the mortgaged property is arrested by the IPO as security for the creditor's claims and is sold through an auction.

According to the Declaration on the creation and placement of digital signs (tokens), the late execution on the return of the cost of KOMMERZ_ tokens (USD_393) will occur on February 16, 2026. The issuer acknowledges the existence of a debt to the token holders, which is $65,450 of unpaid principal, $3,212.49 of unpaid interest income.
