Due to the deterioration of the financial condition, LLC "ZUBR AUTOGROUP" did not transfer funds for payments of interest income to investors, which were to take place on February 15, 2026. Specialists of LLC "DFS" are negotiating with the issuer on the possibility of repayment of overdue debts to pay interest income to investors. In the near future, LLC “DFS” expects to receive the official position of LLC “ZUBR AUTOGROUP” on this issue. The issuer's position will be published additionally.
