AVANGARD LEASING Closed Joint Stock Company is a professional leasing company established in 2009 to provide a wide range of property of domestic and imported production with a long period of use to business entities operating in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and individuals residing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus on the terms of financial and operational leasing. 

• The main principle of activity and the basis for the stability of CJSC AVANGARD LEASING is the diversification of all aspects of the company's activities, including, but not limited to, the variety of items leased, industry and territorial affiliation of lessees, both legal entities and individuals, a variety of sources and instruments for financing the organization's activities, etc.
In the period from May 2022 to February 2023, AVANGARD LEASING CJSC carried out a set of measures to expand the availability of microfinance services for small and medium-sized businesses within the framework of the project "Support for Economic Development at the local level in the Republic of Belarus", which was implemented by UNDP in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus with funding from the European Union. The goals and objectives of the project were completed on time and in full.

Based on the results of the organization's activities, an online meeting with investors is held, at which the company's top management comments in detail on financial indicators for the reporting period, announces development plans for the coming months and years, informs about new issues, interest rates, the purpose of attracting funds, and also answers the questions of the meeting participants.

The real estate leasing segment is the main direction of the company's development for the coming years, which will reliably ensure the monetary resources attracted from the investor and conclude leasing transactions for a long time, thereby ensuring a stable income.

At the same time, the justified strategy of AVANGARD LEASING CJSC, based on interaction with the most active segment of the economy, small and medium-sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurs, will also be further developed. The company will develop leasing products that are in demand by a wide range of business entities related to servicing consumer payments, delivery and servicing of goods sold, and other aspects of the activities of lessees related to increasing their competitiveness.

Working with suppliers and technological solutions that serve interaction with implementing organizations will significantly expand the circle of partners who have direct contact with purchasers of leasing items. Automation of document processing and connection to the remote customer identification system will also help to increase the availability of the company's products to the end user and reduce their cost.

Since 2010, the company has been the issuer of more than forty issues of its own securities, more than twenty issues of securities have been repaid. At the moment, the bonds are freely traded, the obligations to the owners of securities are fulfilled properly, including timely and full payment of income to investors. At the same time, the ICO Customer has a rich and also impeccable history of relations with the banking sector represented by a number of leading banks in the country, which also allows attracting financial resources if necessary.
